After 2 terrible experiences at another branch, this McHenry location was amazing. Customer service was top notch and I was helped in a timely manner. I will be coming to this location for all future ATT endeavors. Many thanks!

Service was slow, took an hour to get a screen protector for our new phone. As techs finished with customers they disappeared into the back of the building instead of helping the next person.
