  I should have read the reviews of this place before I went.
  
  I made the appointment online and then received a call from the store. I gave the gal all the information she needed including insurance. The eye exam was for my 5 year old for Kindergarten. We arrived at the appointment today 3/22/18 at 1:20pm. The appointment was at 1:20 and I apologized for our tardiness. The gale said, “I was about to reschedule the appointment, because it’s now the docotr’s lunch hour”....I should have left at that comment, but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Without smiling, she led us to an area to fill out a medical history card which I filled out as fast as I could. Once finished, she lead us to a room for the pre-exam. She started with letters on the wall, but my son just turned five and doesn’t know what all the letters in the alphabet are. I told her this and asked if she had shapes or pictures. She responded that it’s more accurate for the doctor if they use letters and that this isn’t a pediatric facility ....first of all, why would you ask on the website during the making of the appointment if the patient was under a certain age and then accept it?? If you don’t give eye exams for children then specify!
  
  I had him try the letters again and wanted to leave a second time watching my son struggle and feel uncomfortable. I asked her again to please change to shapes and she gave me the same response and then went to the shapes.
  
  After that fiasco we went into the exam room following the doctor. I couldn’t tell you the doctor’s name, because he never even introduced himself!! Didn’t even look at me.
  
  The doctor only used shapes during the exam, so clearly there is a communication issue in this place.
  
  During the exam he was very curt. I would have thought that maybe a few encouraging words would come from him knowing that it was my son’s first time at the eye doctor. Nope. He filled out the school paperwork and that was it.
  
  We walked back to the reception area to check out and a different gal was there. Didn’t look at me once!! And didn’t even ask me if I had insurance. But I had previously gave my insurance information over the phone the day before. I almost spent $45 on an exam that was covered by my insurance.
  
  I couldn’t wait to get out of this place. I will not be going back here. What a shame this place is.
