  I paid $7000 for a 2002 trail blazer...$2000 grand above blue book value. I was promised the heat / air and the radio would all work. They were all messed up and to this day the heater still clicks. They fixed the radio by proudly pulling the broken disc out and kept my replacement I had installed in the mean time; even though I was told they didn't want it. The truck runs fine...except one of the gears on the 4 wheel drive has been out since I bought it and I never noticed (because besides mudding or winter who uses it?).
  I'm just extremely dissatisfied and have always felt taken advantage of because I was a girl with money who needed a truck in a pinch. My dad guesses they took it out for a joy ride the night before I came to pick it up and beat the hell out of it...I wouldnt be surprised there was a chip on the mirror where there wasn't the day prior. I wish I saved my money and went elsewhere. This man will take you to the cleaner over refurbished auction bought cars BEWARE!!!

  Stay away. Similar to some of the other reviews, they sold my son a car that they clearly knew had transmission issues. When you buy they tell you "if you have any problems come back to us first". Then they take it to their local guy that says everything is fine and delay you getting an honest opinion from your mechanic. By the time you do, they conveniently tell you the YOU waited to long to handle the issue and they can't help.
