  Crossfit MFC is the first place in a long time where I've actually felt successful while working out (and I've done boxing, personal training, individualized training programs, etc.). The trainer/owner, Ryan, does a fantastic job of modifying every exercise to meet an individual where they're at, while still challenging them! I have not done a full-range lunge in 10+ years, but now I'm able to do so with appropriate accommodations put in place by Ryan. I've seen great improvement in my strength and balance in the first 3 weeks and cannot wait to see my results in the next few months!

  Different workouts every day. Amazing coaches & members. Not one person cares about what shape you are in but instead encourage you with every improvement. I would recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level.
