  My vehicle had engine problems and I had already been to three other places, none of which could figure out the problem. Firestone determined it was the PCM/computer. They first thought I would need a replacement but then were able to get it working properly. I also had a gasket leak that another place checked out and then declined to do the work. Firestone not only fixed it but did it so quickly they decided not to charge me for a full hour of labor. In the end, what initially looked like more than $1,000 in repairs cost me only $150. Great job!
