  I called to ask for pricing on a haircut, she told me that it depended on how long my hair was, I understand that when it comes to color, but a hair cut is a hair cut. I started asking questions because I have really long hair and I just want it trimmed, she became really snappy with me on the phone and just plain rude. $17.95 is what a haircut starts at which is reasonable, but my hair is more than half way down my back so I just wanted to figure out if getting it trimmed was going to cost me a fortune. She did not like my questions and hung up in my face. I would not go here, and that is seriously the most unprofessional way to handle clients ever.
