  At the moment I am very upset with this business.
  
  With the winter in 2018 never going away I was really feeling the winter blues.
  
  As a special "treat" for myself I purchased a full set of eyelashes. I was super excited to get them, and looked forward to it. The woman who did the eyelashes was nice. It was relaxing and did not take as long as I thought it would. When she was finished she explained to me how to take care of them and gave me a special lash brush, and I was on my merry way.
  
  Two days later almost all of them fell off. One week later and they were all gone. I called and spoke with the owner Kim and told her what happened, I thought maybe it was bad glue or something.
  
  I left a message for Margarite to call me back, which she did and left me a voice message that it could have been the glue - "she had tried out a new one on me". She said to come back in and she would look at them, and she would be happy to re-do them.
  
  I went back in and had the receptionist take pictures of my eyes just so that there was proof this really did happen so fast. I left another message for Margarite to call me and set up a replacement appointment. She did not call.
  
  I finally called again and just told the receptionist to schedule it for the next opening, and left another message for Margarite to call me. She still has not called (it's been two weeks now). I paid over $200 for two days of eyelashes, and feel like I have been mistreated.
  
  I will follow up with a final review after I receive my new set of eyelashes.
  
  Hopefully they will last longer than two days.
  
  I am a working Mom who rarely spends money or time on herself - I really wanted to treat myself to something nice, and it has been nothing but a disappointment ever since.
  
  - more sad than I was before I went in there.
