  Requested two double cheeseburgers and got two double cheeseburgers that must’ve been sitting on the shelf for at least three hours. The buns were rock-hard with little softness. What makes it worse, I witnessed the employee take beef from one hamburger on the shelf and place it into mine instead of making it fresh. Manager Ashley was so incredibly condescending, no apologies. Corporate was notified. This is the second time this happened in less than a month. Do not, I repeat do not eat here.
