  I am usually never the one to write a bad review on anyone. However we feel we needed to voice our concern with this company. We hired this company because my parents used them therefore we trusted them. Only reason why they even have 1 star is because they came on time. THAT is ALL. Basically, they quoted us a price and we agreed. Because my husband and I couldn't be there we asked our parents to just open the door for them. After everything, they charged us an extra $110 for no reason. When I had called to ask why, the technician with whom I had spoken to, Ralph, was very rude on the phone and then hung up on me. Treated me like I knew nothing. Honestly, if we had known before we would have gone with someone else because the cost was out of our budget. They didn't say anything and just charged us more. Of course my dad did not know and wrote the check out. I usually have good faith in people, but these type of people and company can easily ruin that and they did. Next time instead of verbally agreeing on a number I will make sure to have a written contract. I would not use this company ever again.
