  Been here twice in the last week and I've paid for extra ingredients to be put into the blizzards. On both occasions, they charged me for extra ingredients but they did not add the extra ingredients. Service and speed seem to be consistent with how busy they are which is at a decent clip.. At this point, it's just the principle. If somebody pays extra for something, add what they paid for. Doesn't matter if it's $1.00 or $.50 worth of product.
