  Brittany was friendly, helpful, and personable. She made it easy to upgrade my phone when the process is usually kind of a pain in the ass. Also I got offered a discount on my phone case for leaving a review, but I turned the offer down and decided to leave a review anyways just 'cause of how good she was. You go Brittany, Sprint as a provider kinda sucks but you were pretty damn good.

  This place is a joke! Been here many times and always leave disappointed. They will find “SOMETHING” wrong with your phone, even when there’s not, just to make money off of you. This is an independently owned store and a scam! Go somewhere else don’t waste your time here. I have actually never walked out of the store feeling helped.

  Helped my mom get on a family plan for her and my three sisters. The switch from AT&T to Sprint took about two hours, they were very kind and patient, and got everything transferred over. They took their time to explain my mom's options and helped to research on parental monitoring apps for my sisters. Another reason I highly recommend Sprint to anyone.
