  Just spent over 4 hours today at the salon, showed them a picture of what I wanted done and left HATING my hair. Was nothing of what I asked for to get done. Now gotta try and find someone who can fix the color without completely damaging it.. have dark brown hair (naturally) and pretty much have the blondest of blonde all over color even though I wanted Carmel highlights.
  
  Update: I called, and spoke to someone about their mess up and the lady I talked to said to come in and they would have a manager do my hair with no charge to me. Spent another 3 hours there, and in the middle of grace doing my hair I asked if she was a manager and she told me no. Then, my hair was still nothing like how I wanted. Instead of anyone apologizing to me for their screw up, I got told that I probably didn't tell Maggie what I wanted done even though there were about 3 or 4 girls around when I showed her the picture who also saw the picture. Then I went back a 3rd time to return a product Maggie recommended that I didn't need, and I got a nasty dirty look from Maggie and the other stylists.
  
  Got my hair fixed by someone else, who actually knows what they're doing. She cut my hair, fixed my all over color, and added some highlights like I originally wanted. Took her about 2 hours to do all of that which was a lot more then hair cuttery stylist did, she was a lot cheaper then hair cuttery and actually did what I wanted! If you want to get your hair done, save your time and money and go somewhere else. All they do is mess up, and talk about their clients after they leave (i spent 8 hrs there in one weekend, I heard it all) and after ALL of that, still no apology!! I'll be making sure everyone I know goes no where near this salon.
